Return & Exchange Policy

Every JODE product is crafted with care and natural ingredients. We hope you love what you ordered — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns for items purchased within 30 days of the original order date.
Please note that certain items — such as sample sizes or products purchased from other merchants — are non-returnable.


Getting Your Refund

To start a return, please contact us at contact@jodeusa.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include your receipt or proof of purchase, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please wait for approval before sending anything back — we can’t accept unauthorized returns.

Refunds cover the product cost only, minus shipping fees (including original shipping if your order qualified for free shipping, and return shipping costs).
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days, though your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.


Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@jodeusa.com within 7 days of delivery so we can correct it promptly.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll replace any damaged items right away.
